Download ACSS_v125_install.exe and run it. Read the README.TXT file for more information on how to set up the program for your location.
NOTE: The install program will copy the needed files to the c:\Windows\System32 folder and it is in that folder where you will find acss.ini. Edit it to change the settings for your locale. Windows 7 users - I'm not sure what will happen for you as I do not own Windows 7. Double-click on the desktop icon to see if acss.exe runs. If so, then continue with the screen saver incorporation, which uses acss.scr. Edit acss.ini using NotePad to set options #18 - #24 for your locale. Or click on START, then RUN, then enter "c:\windows\system32\acss.exe /c" (without the quotes). Click on OK. Edit options #18 - #24 for your locale, then click on Save, then Quit.
I don't know how the screen saver will work on Vista or Windows 7 - perhaps the files must be copied to the "c:\Windows" folder. Someone drop me a note, please.
