Cosmodynes and the Moon
When you think about the Moon, what comes to mind? If we start with the basic keywords for the Moon, we think of caretaking, nurturing, domesticity, doing common chores, things having to do with the household, feminine or motherly things, etc. Now, what if the Moon happens to be the strongest planet in the chart (has the most power, the most cosmodynes)? Wouldn’t it be logical to expect that many of the Moon’s basic qualities listed above (and more) be front and center in the person, no matter whether that person was a man or woman?
Ladies, how many of you complain that men don’t do enough around the house to help you out? Here’s a tip: find a man with a very strong Moon. That man will naturally be oriented to caretaking, domesticity, doing common chores around the house, even the laundry, etc. And if he has some Virgo (service), now you potentially have quite a package. Course, the added Virgo will probably bring along some nagging, but hey, that just means you’ll probably have one more thing in common!
I am familiar with 3 men, all of whom have the Moon as their strongest planet. One does all the shopping, the laundry, most of the cooking, cleans toilets, vacuums, you name it – anything and everything. Another man is very much a carbon copy and does virtually the same in his household. He even cooks the entire Thanksgiving feast for the family. His wife loves it! The third man is a gourmet, does all the grocery shopping, all the landscaping (plants), and takes care of others like a nurse. He says it’s kind of womanly – yes, but I think it is as much motherly.
So there you have it. You want particular qualities in a person? Find a person whose strongest planet represents the kind of qualities you want. Then check out the rest of the cosmodynes plus the dual cosmodynes to see how much harmony there is between the two of you. No one wants to be with someone they share basic discord with.

what if you have the strongest planet in individual cosmodyne but it also has negative harmony in . like a score of a planet is 331 and its corresponding harmony is -68. does that mean its the stongest planet for you but causes most tensions?

Yes, that is what it indicates. This planet is very strong in your chart, yet it’s energies seem to come out in a discordant manner because you have not yet learned how to channel the energies of this planet in a positive manner.
Let’s say this planet is Venus. Below are the basic qualities of Venus along with a listing of her positive and negative energies. If Venus is very afflicted (discordant) in your chart, then you probably find it much easier expressing the negative energies listed under NEGATIVE rather than the positive energies. Of course, it is up to you to use your Will and transmute these negative expressions into positive ones.
VENUS
BASIC – Attraction, cohesion, coalition, personal love, social instincts and activities, art, ornamentation, beauty.
POSITIVE – Harmony, artistic ability, cheerfulness, suavity.
NEGATIVE – Sensuality, dissoluteness, vulgarity, sloth, laziness, sentimentality, vanity, inconstancy.
