Astrological Aspectarian - 3 Planet Aspects

Here is an astrological aspectarian software program which may prove useful to astrologers and programmers both. This program uses the Astrodienst Swiss Ephemeris (click here) to do all planetary calculations. Please see Astrodienst's web page for the details of the Swiss Ephemeris license (click here) and other documentation.

SE_Triple_Aspects generates geo and helio longitude/right ascension and declination/latitude aspectarian data between any two given dates for all the planets and main asteroids, including exact aspects between these bodies - and more. The program allows you to generate 2-body aspects OR three-body aspects (1 main body and 2 other bodies in a midpoint or mid-degree arrangement - see the screen shot below).

It should be apparent to all who have studied the matter that events rarely occur right when two planets or two planetary bodies make an exact aspect. But maybe things are more likely happening when one planetary body exactly aspects a planetary midpoint, either geo to geo or geo to helio. SE_Triple_Aspects allows you to generate data such as this so that you may research the matter for yourself. See if stock market tops and bottoms occur more often when 3 planets make an exact aspect rather than just 2 planets.

Download SE_Triple_Aspects_v100_install.exe (v1.00), 3,488,211, 27 February 2010. Once downloaded, simply double-click on the file to install the program. The needed ephemeris files for the program are contained in the installation package.

How do you read the data output?
g. Mercury g. Uranus g. Neptune 12/01/2009 00:19 23.3 (09) 22.7 (12) 23.9 (11) 075 (030)
1) g. stands for 'geo' - h. would be a helio planet

2) The date when geo Mercury exactly aspects the geo Uranus/geo Neptune midpoint is given - 12/01/2009 00:19 (mm/dd/yyyy - the time zone is whatever you have set in the time zone textbox).

3) The next 3 sets of data are the positions of the 3 bodies with the sign shown in parenthesis - geo Mercury is at 23.3 Sagittarius, geo Uranus is at 22.7 Pisces, and geo Neptune is at 23.9 Aquarius.

4) The last two pieces of data are the aspects made between geo Mercury and the geo Uranus/geo Neptune midpoint (75 degrees) and the two planets forming the midpoint, namely, geo Uranus and geo Neptune (30 degrees between them).

Play with the various settings in the program - it shouldn't be too difficult to see what else you can do with the program.
