Download and unzip ACSS125.ZIP. Run SETUP.EXE to install the program. Read the README.TXT file for more information on how to set up the program for your location.
NOTE: It looks like with XP you have to copy the acss.scr file AND the acss.ini file to c:\windows\system32, then manually edit acss.ini using NotePad to set options #18 - #24 for your locale.
